nWhat You'll Do:

nAssist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

nSupport mobility, walking and physical therapy exercises

nMonitor and report food intake and vital signs

nProvide companionship and emotional support

nMaintain a safe, clean environment

nAccurately document care using EHR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks preferred)

nCommunicate changes in client condition to nursing staff

nFollow HIPAA regulations and safety protocols

nRequirements:

nValid CNA or HHA certification (Massachusetts)

nFirst Aid and CPR Certified

nBasic Life Support certification (preferred)

nHigh school diploma or GED

nValid driver’s license & reliable transportation

nAbility to safely lift and support clients

nComfortable using mobile apps or electronic health records

nKind, dependable and patient

nExperience in home care, nursing homes, ICU, or hospice care settings is a plus.
