nJOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant with hospital experience, you will be a vital part of the healthcare team, providing essential patient care and support. Utilizing core skills such as basic life support, patient service, and medical documentation, you will assist in delivering high-quality care to patients. Your premium skills in critical care experience and working with individuals in long term care settings will enhance your ability to provide specialized care. With relevant skills in inpatient care and experience with home & community care, you will contribute to the well-being and comfort of patients in various healthcare settings. nQUALIFICATIONS:
nnCNA Certification
nMinimum of two years' patient care hospital experience
nOrthopaedic experience is a plus
n nRESPONSIBILITES:
nnSet up room for post op patients.
nCollect patient's belongings and deliver to patient rooms
nOrient patient to room and call lights
nAssist with tray delivery as needed
nObserves and reports patient's status and needs.
nAnswer call lights and attends to/reports patient needs/ambulate patient after therapy.
nAttends all required Safety Training programs and can describe his/her responsibilities related to general safety, department/service safety and specific job-related hazards.
nCheck vital signs, Teach bedside exercise, Bladder scanner knowledge
