Job description
Patient Care AssistantHourly pay range: $23.00 min. - $28.22 max.Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and according to established procedure, performs routine service duties and basic patient/resident care procedures necessary to provide comfort and safety of patients. In doing so, takes vital signs, assists patients with personal hygiene and feeds and ambulates patients/residents. Maintains patient/resident environment in a clean and orderly condition.Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.Education/Training/Experience:One-year experience in acute hospital setting preferred.High School diploma or equivalent preferred.Certifications/Licenses:Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification required (Grandfathered: existing employees must complete new requirements by 12/6/2025)Current CPR certification required.MAB is required to be completed on the first day of work. (Grandfathered: existing employees must complete new requirements by 6/9/2025.)
