Job description
Certified Nursing AssistantThe Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing non-professional nursing care and related services as required to meet the personal and emotional needs and comfort of residents, and to provide assistance with activities of daily living per the individualized plan of care or program plan.Responsibilities include:Provide compassionate daily care and emotional supportAssist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, mobility, and moreHelp create a safe, comfortable, and positive environmentParticipate in activities and engagement for cognitively impaired residentsTake vital signs and report important changesEnsure resident rights, dignity, and safety are maintained at all timesBe a key part of our care team—your work helps shape each resident's dayRequirements include:A valid Wisconsin CNA certificationAbility to pass a caregiver background check and drug screening
