Care Aide OpportunityNow offering DailyPay, the ability to be paid on-demand, without waiting until pay day!HIRING IMMEDIATELY!Full time 10 pm- 6 am shift available. Thursday through Sunday schedulePart time 6 am- 2 pm Friday and SaturdayPart time 2 pm- 10 pm Friday through SundayPay: Starting at $24 per hour with higher rates based on experienceJuniper Village at the Spearly Center is a unique 130 bed skilled nursing facility, specializing in behavioral and mental health. 80% of our Residents are fully independent and can get themselves up and dressed in the morning. We are tasked with creating a home-like environment for individuals who are often forgotten about or easily discarded by society. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.Responsibilities:Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.Provide excellent customer service.Requirements:Education: High school or equivalent (Required)Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – (Required)Equal Opportunity Employer
