nJob Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

nnWEEKEND ONLY RATE: Saturdays and or Sundays, $40 (up to 3 shifts)
nnFT CNAS RATE : Starting at $19.50 with EXCELLENT union benefits!
nnJob Summary:
nYou will be an essential part of our dedicated team, providing high-quality care to our residents. Your role will involve assisting residents with daily living activities monitoring their health status, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
nDuties:
nnAssist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
nMonitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
nProvide emotional support and companionship to residents
nMaintain a clean and safe environment for residents
nFollow all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality
nCollaborate with the nursing team to create individualized care plans
nAssist with phlebotomy procedures as needed
nWork in various settings such as assisted living, outpatient clinics, pediatrics, medical offices, emergency medicine, and home community care
n nExperience:
nnPrevious experience in a healthcare setting preferred
nKnowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
nFamiliarity with caring for individuals in different healthcare settings
nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nCertification as a Nursing Assistant is required
