Working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, you will assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, safety, and quality of life. We are looking for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional care through teamwork, compassion, professionalism, and clinical excellence.

Observe, document, and promptly report changes in residents' physical, mental, emotional, or behavioral condition to the licensed nurse.

Measure and record vital signs, weights, intake and output, and other assigned clinical observations.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Follow established infection prevention and control, workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and quality assurance procedures.

Collaborate effectively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve exceptional resident outcomes.

Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with all applicable federal, state, and facility policies, including HIPAA requirements.

Perform other duties within the scope of CNA-I certification as assigned.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Compassionate, dependable, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding resident care.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced interdisciplinary healthcare environment.

Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, post-acute care, memory care, or hospital settings is preferred but not required. Newly certified CNA-Is are encouraged to apply.
