nResponsibilities:
nAssist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
nProvide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
nMonitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
nMaintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
nDocument patient care and progress in compliance with company policies.
nCollaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans.
nAssist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed.
nParticipate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills.
nRequirements:
nHigh school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
nPrevious experience in hospice or home health care is a plus.
nCompassionate demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
nAbility to lift and move patients as necessary.
nCurrent CPR
nMust be a Certified Nursing Assistant
