In-Home Caregiver OpportunityCome work at the ONLY Great Place to Work certified home care agency in Tulsa! Have a flexible schedule and competitive pay with the opportunity for overtime! $250 sign on bonus and $100 referral bonuses available! Starting rate is $15 - $17 per hour. Shifts are available immediately!As an in-home caregiver, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide compassionate care and improve the quality of life for our clients, their families and our employees.As a CNA with Senior Helpers, you will:Experience a personally rewarding work environment - it is more than just a jobWork one-on-one with your clients in order to build relationshipsReceive specialized training from Senior Helpers and opportunities for professional certificationsRequirements:Positive attitudeHigh School diploma or GEDCompletion of a state-approved CNA certification training courseOklahoma driver’s licenseReliable transportation with valid auto insuranceMust be able to pass criminal background check and drug testTB TestResponsibilities include:Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting/incontinence care, ambulation assistance)Assist with instrumental activities of daily living (light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, errands/transportation)Transferring and positioning of clientObserving and reporting changes of physical and mental conditionsCompanionship and conversationBenefits:$15-17 per hour$250 Sign on Bonus$100 Employee Referral BonusHealth insurance, dental and vision insurance offered.Flexible schedule and competitive pay.Opportunities for bonuses.Paid training for Dementia & Parkinson's, as well as ongoing education.We are Great Place to Work certified!
