nJoin God's Purposeful Healthcare Staffing and Private duty Agency We are looking to hire float pool Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients every day. We want to build a dedicated team in Atlanta, GA, that is passionate about providing exceptional care to ensure the highest quality of care to our elderly population.
nResponsibilities:
nAssist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
nMonitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
nProvide emotional support and companionship to patients.
nMaintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
nHelp with mobility and physical activities as directed by healthcare professionals.
nDocument patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
nCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
nAdhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
nRequirements:
nCurrent Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Georgia.
nPrevious experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
nStrong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
nBasic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices.
nMust pass background checks and drug screenings.
nAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
nPhysical stamina to assist patients and perform tasks throughout shifts.
