nLondon Lodge Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Cambridge, WI. nResponsibilities:
nProvide direct personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
nAssist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety techniques
nMonitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in resident condition to nursing staff
nSupport residents during mealtimes, assisting with feeding as needed
nMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents
nRespond promptly to call lights and resident requests with empathy and professionalism
nCollaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
nRequirements:
nActive and valid CNA certification in the state of Wisconsin
nPrevious experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living facility preferred
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
nCompassionate, patient, and resident-focused attitude
nAbility to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and assisting with resident transfers
nCPR/First Aid certification is a plus
