Job description
Responsibilities:
nnnAdminister nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
n
nnDiagnose and establish patient treatment plans
n
nnMonitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
n
nnCommunicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
n
nnEducate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
n
nnFacilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
n
nnMaintain accurate patient medical records
n
nnProvide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
n
n nQualifications:
nnnPrevious experience in nursing facility or other medical fields
n
nnFamiliarity with medical software and equipment
n
nnAbility to build rapport with patients
n
nnStrong problem solving and critical thinking skills
n
nnAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
