Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Veterans Affairs Medical CenterASA Healthcare Staffing is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide direct patient care services to our nation's veterans at the Robley Rex Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky.CNAs will assist patients with activities of daily living and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care in an acute care and long-term care environment.Additional 12-hour shifts may be available based on facility needs.Responsibilities:Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingSupport feeding and meal assistanceAssist with ambulation, transfers, and patient mobilityTake and record vital signsObserve and report changes in patient conditionProvide close patient observation and document care activitiesMaintain patient dignity and ensure a safe environmentMinimum Qualifications:Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificationMinimum of one (1) year of CNA experience within the last three (3) yearsCurrent BLS certificationAbility to pass background screening and VA credentialing requirementsStrong communication and patient care skillsMust live within 75 miles of medical center
