Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – Clinic-Based Care First Rehab
Salary & Highlights
Salary: $64,000 to $ 70,000 per year
Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $5,000( paid in first 90 days of employment )
Performance Bonus: From $3,000 to $ 5000 annually (Extremely competitive)
Job Type: Full-time, W2 (Clinic Setting)

The Role We are seeking a skilled COTA to join our growing clinic team. Under the supervision of a registered OT, you will provide essential therapy services to a diverse population—from infants to seniors—within our clinic through:
Implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches and therapeutic techniques.
Providing direct instruction in activities of daily living (ADLs), fine/gross motor skills, and sensory processing.
Collaborating effectively with Speech and Physical Therapists to ensure holistic patient progress.
Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring the clinic remains a clean, welcoming space.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
State Licensure: Valid and current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Requirements: Must be comfortable treating both Adult and Pediatric patients.
Experience: Experience in a clinic setting is preferred; knowledge of developmental milestones and age-related conditions is required.
