Compensation:
Salary: $28 - $32/hr based on experience

Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant ( COTA )
Location: Rocket City Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, AL

Key Responsibilities: Implement creative treatment plans for daily living activities
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and ADL training
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques
Monitor and document patient progress
Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment
Qualifications: Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting
Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant ( COTA ) certification in the state of AL
Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Creativity in adapting activities to patient needs
