Growth and advancing technology dictated building our new 177,000 square foot hospital at 5700 E Hwy 90 completed in 2015.How you'll contributeThe COTA plays a vital role within our rehabilitation team by evaluating and treating patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental impairments to enhance functional independence and overall quality of life. This position develops individualized treatment plans, delivers evidence?based interventions, collaborates closely with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff, and provides patient and family education to support safe and successful transitions across care settings. The COTA also assists with patient scheduling, posts charges daily to patient records, and documents all care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
