Certified Occupational Therapist AssistantThe Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant assumes clinical responsibility in an assigned facility. This is a professional position with the primary responsibility of direct patient care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. Additional duties of an administrative nature are to be performed as assigned.You Will:Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, is at all times responsible to follow all state specific laws governing the provision of occupational therapy in home careFollow the treatment set only as defined by the Occupational Therapist; to perform only those procedures that the COTA is qualified and trained to performMake all recommendations for changes in the plan of care to the supervising Occupational Therapist.Benefits of an In-House Therapy Staff Model:Aligned Mission and Values - Shared company values of Integrity, Respect, Commitment to Excellence, Accountability, and Teamwork.
