Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time

$32-$37/hour | Full-Time | Benefits
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Memorial Bridge. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a COTA who enjoys hands-on therapy and helping residents strengthen the skills needed for greater independence in everyday activities.
What You'll Do
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks
Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT
Monitor resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the clinical team
Reinforce adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and therapeutic activities
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Active New Jersey COTA license required
