Job description
Seabright School and Therapy Staffing seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support students in school-based settings across the Charlotte, NC area. In this role, you will implement treatment plans under the supervision of an OT, deliver individual and group interventions, and help students build functional, motor, and sensory skills needed for classroom success. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a mission-driven, relationship-focused environment that offers flexible placements, strong clinical support, and professional growth opportunities.
