Job description
Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
Facility type: SNF
Location: Montesano, WA 98563
Contract: 14 weeks
Shift: 8am - 4:30pm (Five days in a week)
Start: TBD
Responsibility:-
Performing clerical tasks such as answering telephones and scheduling appointments.
Collecting, assessing, and recording required patient information such as medical history.
Implementing treatment plans and helping patients perform therapeutic activities.
Instructing patients and their families in the skills and techniques of a treatment program.
Monitoring patients' performance and providing encouragement.
Documenting patients' progress, attitudes, and behavior.
Maintaining accurate patient treatment records.
Requirements:- Must be certified as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
BLS (AHA).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
