Job description
Occupational Therapy AssistantUnder supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, provides direct and consultative occupational therapy services to special education students according to goals contained in an individualized education plan (IEP).Requirements / Qualifications• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant Licensure from the California Board of Occupational Therapy or • Valid certification issued by the National Board of Certified Occupational Therapy • Minimum one-year experience in occupational therapy preferred. • A minimum of one-year of school-based experience with students with moderate/severe disabilities is preferred.Required Documents: • Copy of Transcript (Unofficial is acceptable) • Copy Occupational Therapy Assistant License • Proof of High School graduation or equivalent • Resume • Letter(s) of recommendation (Minimum of 2 Letters) All applicants must complete an online application through EDJOIN at and required documents must be attached to the EDJOIN application (do not email, mail, or fax).
