Creative problem-solving abilities to adapt plans to meet diverse needs.

Confidence in both independent work and as a valuable member of a multidisciplinary team.

Benefits

A supportive, collaborative work environment that fosters professional growth.

Full-time employment with flexible scheduling options.

Ongoing mentorship and resources for career development.

Access to state-of-the-art tools, facilities, and documentation systems.

Opportunities to contribute to quality improvement and innovation initiatives.

Your Role in Patient Care

In this vital role, you will do much more than address symptoms; you will help reconstruct routines and rekindle a sense of joy in everyday activities. Whether you are guiding stroke survivors through fine motor skill rehabilitation or assisting orthopedic patients in reclaiming their mobility post-surgery, your expertise will deliver person-centered care that cultivates resilience and independence.

This is not a setting for quick fixes or standardized routines. Each patient is a unique narrative, and every therapy session serves as a new chapter in their healing journey. You will work alongside fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and caseworkers to collaboratively design rehabilitation plans as distinct as the individuals they are tailored for.

Why You'll Cherish Working with Us — and the Exhilarating City That Surrounds You

We have crafted a community that thrives on connection. Together, our rehabilitation team does more than just fulfill roles — we uplift one another, share knowledge, and celebrate every achievement together, from the small victories to the most significant milestones. You'll discover a workplace where your ideas are valued, your growth is encouraged, and the impact of your efforts is visible daily.

And then there's the exciting backdrop: Las Vegas, a city renowned for its dynamism and cultural richness. Gone are the days of monotonous office spaces — here, you're embraced by an exhilarating atmosphere filled with exceptional dining options, cultural experiences, and a vibrant nightlife. From world-class shows to scenic day trips, there is no shortage of adventure in this iconic city.

The community is bursting with artistic expression, culinary delights, and lively events that cater to every interest. Whether you're indulging in gourmet delights, enjoying local music, or exploring art installations, you will find that the spirit of Las Vegas is as varied as it is enthralling, allowing for a captivating work-life balance.

Your Ideal Fit

We seek individuals who understand occupational therapy as more than just a profession; it is a calling. We want someone who feels exhilarated when a patient regains the ability to perform daily tasks, walks more freely, or communicates emotions they weren't able to express before.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or a recent graduate, if you bring compassion, determination, and humility to your work, you will undoubtedly thrive here. If the prospect of merging exceptional care with an unparalleled lifestyle sounds appealing, you have found your perfect fit.

Join Us in Creating Meaningful Change

We extend an invitation to be part of something bigger than just a job title. Here, your work will shape destinies, fuel recoveries, and rejuvenate what was lost. Moreover, you will achieve it in a city recognized for its blend of excitement and equilibrium.

If you're ready to elevate your career, contribute to your community, and immerse yourself in a culture that cares — we're eager to meet you.
