About the Role
Hello, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a COTA for a school-based position in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you'll provide occupational therapy services, support student goals, complete documentation, and collaborate with school teams to help students succeed. This is a great opportunity for both experienced school-based COTAs and those transitioning into school-based practice.

What You'll Do Provide school-based OT services and treatment
Support student IEP goals and participate in IEP meetings
Collaborate with teachers, SPED staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Support students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
Maintain timely documentation and progress notes
Adapt activities and materials to support student access and participation
What We're Looking For Active (or eligible) Colorado COTA license
CDE Certification or ability to obtain
Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Strong communication and collaboration skills
School-based experience preferred, not required
