Job description
We are hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.
nResponsibilities:
nnProvide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients
nPrepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries
nEstablish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities
nTravel to nearby centers as needed
n nQualifications:
nnValid State Occupational Therapy Assistant License and Credentials
nSNF and/or Acute care experience
