Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Permanent

CareNational is hiring a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full-time, permanent positions with respected Long-Term Care / Post-Acute Rehab facilities in Roseburg, OR. This role is ideal for a compassionate professional who thrives in a collaborative rehab setting and is committed to helping patients regain independence in daily living activities.

Pay Details:

$30 - $35 per hour (DOE)

Position Details:

Location: Roseburg, OR

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: Variable | 5 x 8-hour shifts

Hours: 40 per week

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Certification Requirements: Active Oregon COTA License (Required)

BLS Certification (Required)

Preferred Skills & Experience: Previous experience in long-term care, post-acute rehab, or skilled nursing preferred

Strong understanding of occupational therapy treatment techniques

Ability to follow and implement treatment plans developed by a licensed OT

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Strong clinical documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed OT

Assist patients with exercises and activities to promote independence in daily living

Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner

Ensure treatment area is safe, organized, and supportive for therapy sessions

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve patient goals

Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal standards
