This full-time role is scheduled for 40 hours per week (days).Compensation & Benefits - Everything You Need to ThriveCompetitive CompensationFull Benefits - Medical, Dental & Vision from Day OneCareer Advancement - Continued Growth & Mentorship PathsCEU 360 Membership - Continuous Learning, Covered401(k) + Company Match - Retirement Savings from Day OneStudent Loan Repayment - Plus Tuition ReimbursementNo Productivity Mandates - Quality over QuotasHealth & Wellness - Physical & Mental Well-Being ProgramsThe Role - What You'll DoOur team-focused Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) deliver rehabilitative care under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, supporting patient progress, independence, and high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and goal achievement.Provide therapy services, monitor progress, and document outcomes.Collaborate with patients and care teams to deliver age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care.Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and follow safety protocols.Qualifications - What We're Looking ForCompletion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant ProgramCurrent State Licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant requiredBLS/CPR Certification requiredWhile 1 year of direct patient care experience in a rehabilitation hospital is preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.Physical requirements - What you need to knowA significant amount of standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.Both gross and precise motor functions.Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.Possible exposure to bodily fluids.Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
