We know how to support clinicians because 100% of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as therapists!What Your Day Looks LikeDay to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships. Teammates can expect a productivity expectation of 75% of their week.What We're OfferingCompensation optionsHourly ($33-36) or pay-per-billed-visit ($42–$54/hour). We'll walk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.Schedule flexibility and time offFour- or five-day work weeks, flex days, and flexible schedules!
