Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)Physicians Choice Home Health is hiring a full-time or part-time/per diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Home Healthcare Team and see patients in the South Bay LA Area. In this role, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them regain independence and improve their daily functioning. You will work closely with a supervising Occupational Therapist and a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.Physicians Choice is part of Obran Cooperative, a worker-owned healthcare organization building a better alternative to traditional healthcare employment. Our clinicians have a real voice, shared ownership, and a long-term stake in the organization.What You'll DoProvide in-home occupational therapy visits under the supervision of an Occupational TherapistHelp patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independenceEducate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movementDocument visits in WellSky/Kinnser in a timely mannerCommunicate patient progress and concerns to the care team
