Job description
Physicians Choice Home Health is hiring a full-time or part-time/per diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Home Healthcare Team and see patients in the South Bay LA Area. In this role, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them regain independence and improve their daily functioning. You will work closely with a supervising Occupational Therapist and a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

nWhat You'll Do
nnnProvide in-home occupational therapy visits under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
n
nnHelp patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
n
nnEducate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movement
n
nnDocument visits in WellSky/Kinnser in a timely manner
n
nnCommunicate patient progress and concerns to the care team
n
n nRequirements
nnnGraduate of an Occupational Therapy Assistant program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association
n
nnActive California COTA license
n
nnCurrent CPR/BLS certification
n
nnReliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes
n
nnHome Healthcare experience
n
nnExperience with the Kinnser/Wellsky EMR preferred (not required)
n
