Responsibilities Assist patients in performing daily living activities as directed by occupational therapists.
Support therapeutic activities to help improve patients' physical and mental wellbeing.
Maintain patient records and documentation accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and progress.
Compliance / Notes
