Job description

Key Qualifications:
Active COTA certification and licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting highly preferred
Strong collaboration skills to work closely with occupational therapists, educators, and families

Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs
Primary Responsibilities: Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) under the direction of a supervising Occupational Therapist
Conduct group and individual occupational therapy sessions to build student skills
Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and professional standards
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support classroom modifications and accommodations
Educate students and families on strategies for classroom and daily living success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
