Job description

Key Qualifications and Experience:
Valid COTA certification and active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with IEP implementation and documentation procedures
Flexible, adaptable, and committed to creating an inclusive learning environment
Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and work independently as well as part of a team
Responsibilities: Implement individualized and group occupational therapy interventions as directed by an OT
Support students in developing fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living skills
Document progress, maintain accurate records, and assist with IEP goal tracking and meetings
Consult and collaborate with teachers and parents to generalize strategies across academic settings
Participate in professional development, training, and ongoing supervision
