Qualifications & Experience:
Valid COTA certification and active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
Previous experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy settings is highly valued
Strong ability to collaborate with occupational therapists, educators, and families
Effective communication, adaptability, and organization skills
Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist
Implement and monitor therapy plans tailored to student IEPs and developmental needs
Work within multidisciplinary teams to support academic and functional success
Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports in compliance with school district and legal requirements
Offer direct and consultative support to staff and families to maximize student outcomes
