Pay: $36.00-$42.00 per hour (DOE)

Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Las Colinas Post Acute is a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving San Bernardino County. We provide comprehensive short-term and long-term care, rehabilitation, and respite services in a safe and welcoming setting.

Responsibilities
Under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA will:
Provide individualized therapy interventions to help residents improve independence and functional abilities
Assist with therapeutic activities to enhance mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
Accurately document treatments, progress, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory guidelines
Deliver care with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail
Qualifications
Active COTA certification and California state licensure required
Strong commitment to patient-centered care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
