Overview
nPosition: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
nLocation: Select Specialty in Phoenix, AZ, inside Banner University in the second tower on the 11th floor
nSchedule: full-time weekday shifts Monday - Friday
nCompensation: $27.00- 44.00 per hour depeding on years of experience

n nResponsibilities
nnnReporting directly to the Occupational Therapist, you will be treating patients with complex needs and challenging diagnoses.
n
nnConducting individual patient therapy regimens under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT).
n
nnMonitoring patient's response to treatment and modifying treatment during sessions as indicated in collaboration with an OT.
n
nnCompleting appropriate documentation according to department policies and procedures.
n
nnParticipating in departmental, hospital, and community continuing education seminars and in-services.
n
n nQualifications
nMinimum Qualifications
nnnCurrent state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
n
nnCertified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required or as required by state regulations.
