In our recent survey, 96 percent of employees said they are proud to work at Palm Garden.What You Will Do:Follow the treatment plan set by the Occupational TherapistGuide residents in exercises, mobility training, strengthening, balance work, and fine motor activities to help residents regain function after illness, injury, or surgeryDocument progress, challenges, and improvements in the medical record and communicate updates to the Occupational Therapist and care teamWhat We Are Looking For:Active and clear COTA license in the State of FloridaA caring attitude and strong teamwork skillsSkilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus but not requiredWhat We Offer:Daily Pay option.
