Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for the school year in the Sierra Vista, AZ area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do
Assist with occupational therapy services in the school setting
Implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
Active Arizona COTA License
Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Must pass background check and drug screening
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
