Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in Skilled Nursing FacilityNow staffing certified occupational therapist assistant (COTA) for rehab departments throughout NYC and Long Island.Flagstar rehab COTAs work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to perform treatments and patient/family education to improve the physicality and cognition of their patients and positively impact their ability to function in their daily lives.Flagstar rehab offers the opportunity for direct employment with our agency or to be your own boss as an independent contractor. Ask us how!Hourly pay rate: $34-$36 hourly (W-2), $38-$40 hourly (1099)Occupational Therapist Assistant Job Duties:Collaborate daily with OT supervisor and follow established plan of care for all patients.Provide quality therapy services to individuals in a SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, stroke, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.Occupational Therapist Assistants Employed by Flagstar Rehab Will Receive:Fully paid orientation.Paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, personal days, and birthdays!No-cost medical and dental coverage for you and your family!Vision coverage and additional supplementary insurance options available.Commuter benefits – earn pre-tax dollars!Get paid weekly!
