Required Qualifications
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Home Health Experience: 1 year OTA-NM Certifications: BLS Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 7 years References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months Pediatric Experience 26 week contract
