nThis position is based out the Seattle MLK site but will cover north and east King County/South Snohomish as needed.

nSchedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

nJob Description:

nAssesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination.

nRequired Qualifications:

nnnCoursework/Training - Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

n

nnWashington Occupational Therapy Assistant License upon hire or,

n

nnWashington Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit upon hire or,

n

nnWashington Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License upon hire.

n

nnNational Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

n

n nPreferred Qualifications:

nn1 year - Experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.

nPosted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
