Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (Cota)
Reputable skilled nursing facility is seeking a highly motivated and energetic certified occupational therapist assistant (cota) to join the team in glenwood springs, co. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional environment while providing quality patient care. Requirements include an active colorado cota license, skilled nursing facility experience preferred, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities include assisting the occupational therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans, helping patients improve daily living and functional skills, monitoring patient progress and maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members. Enjoy world-famous hot springs, hiking and biking trails, glenwood caverns adventure park, and easy access to colorado's stunning rocky mountains. 13-week contract available with potential for extension.
