Job Description:
Embark on a dynamic career as a COTA (Occupational Therapy Assistant), delivering hands-on therapy in a home health setting that helps people achieve lasting independence and improved quality of life. Enjoy a consistent 36-hour work week with eight-hour daytime shifts, designed for balance and sustainable patient care across a flexible caseload. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of OT experience, hold a current BLS certification, and be comfortable using integrated home health documentation systems to track progress and coordinate care. You'll thrive in a collaborative, supportive team where new graduates are welcomed, supervision is available onsite when needed, and there are no on-call duties.
