n nWhat You’ll Do
nAs a COTA with Dependable Health Services, you’ll work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to:
nn Carry out individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
n Help patients improve strength, coordination, motor skills, and activities of daily living
n Support patients in achieving greater independence and confidence at home
n Document patient progress and communicate changes with the care team
n Identify opportunities to improve safety and function within the home
n Educate patients and families on techniques that support continued progress
n nWhat We’re Looking For
nn Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
n Current COTA certification/licensure as required in Arizona
n 1+ year of occupational therapy experience preferred
n Current CPR certification
n Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
n Spanish/English speaking a plus but not required
n Strong communication and documentation skills
n Compassionate, dependable, and committed to patient-centered care
