Position Highlights
Department: Occupational Therapy North 7
Hours: Full-Time/40 hours per week
Shift: Shift 1, Days
Position Summary:
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) provides Occupational Therapy treatment to all patients with various diagnoses under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Follows the guidelines established in the treatment plan and requests input from the therapist when any problem arises.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of a program as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Must be licensed or eligible in the State of Connecticut.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with electronic medical charting
3-5 years clinical experience
Flexibility with scheduling
