We are currently seeking Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to support clients throughout Sullivan County, Rockland County, Ulster County, Orange County.Immediate opportunities available!If you are passionate about helping others and looking for flexible scheduling, we want to hear from you!Position DetailsJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Live-In, WeekendsPay Rate: $18.65 - $21.00 per hourSchedules Available: Days, Nights, WeekendsBenefitsCompetitive weekly payReferral bonus programHome Health Aide/ Personal Care Aide certificate reimbursement program401(k)Paid time offResponsibilities/Duties:Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygieneSupport activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the care planProvide medication remindersAssist with ambulation and mobility (inside and outside the home)Accompany clients to appointments or on walksPrepare mealsPerform light housekeepingProvide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activitiesQualificationsNY State Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide certification requiredPassion for caring for adult, elderly, or pediatric clientsStrong communication skillsEnglish proficiencyReliable, compassionate, and professional demeanorPhysical, QuantiFERON or 2 PPDs within one year and MMR titersAlways Compassionate Health is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
