Location: Margate, FL 33063
Salary: $20-$25/hour (based on experience)
Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, In-Person
Overview:
Join our busy outpatient primary care clinic in Margate! We are seeking a Phlebotomist/CMA with strong clinical, administrative, and quality metrics experience. If you excel at phlebotomy, lab order management, prior authorizations, and HEDIS work, we want you.
Required Qualifications:
Certified Phlebotomist/CMA with 3 years outpatient experience
Skilled in phlebotomy, lab order entry, ICD-10 coding, medical necessity validation
eClinicalWorks (eCW) proficiency
Insurance verification and prior authorization experience
HEDIS/payer quality metric tracking and care gap closure
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
Bilingual: English/Spanish or English/Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
Benefits:
$20-$25/hour (based on experience)
Monday-Friday schedule, no nights/weekends
