nPosition Overview
nThis entry-level CPA role is ideal for a newly licensed professional ready to apply their knowledge in a real-world environment. You’ll support financial operations across all three companies, gaining hands-on, real-world experience. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a supportive team while contributing to the financial health of multiple successful businesses.
nKey Responsibilities
nAssist with day-to-day accounting functions for all business entities
nPrepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports
nSupport month-end and year-end closing processes
nReconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial data
nAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
nPrepare and review basic tax filings under supervision
nAnalyze financial information to identify trends or discrepancies
nCollaborate with management to support financial decision-making
nMaintain organized and accurate documentation across all companies
nParticipate in process improvements and internal control enhancements
nQualifications
nActive CPA license required (no exceptions)
nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
nStrong understanding of GAAP principles
nExcellent attention to detail and analytical skills
nProficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
nStrong communication skills and willingness to learn
nAbility to manage multiple tasks across different business types
nPositive attitude and interest in working within a family-oriented environment
