Job description
Connections Health Solutions in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) for full-time day shifts (7am-7:30pm) with every-other-weekend coverage. The CRS provides peer support and coordinates care to empower individuals in recovery within a multidisciplinary team.
You will document care in the EHR and use trauma-informed approaches to minimize crises while helping clients access community resources and recovery paths.
