Compensation & Benefits $380,000 Annual Base Compensation
$40,000 Commencement Bonus
$20,000 Retention Bonus
No Call
Approximately 13 Weeks Off
Independent CRNA practice with clinical autonomy
Malpractice coverage: $1M/$3M
Position Overview CCI Anesthesia is seeking an experienced CRNA to join an established all-CRNA practice at Christus of Southern New Mexico in Alamogordo, New Mexico .
This is an independent practice opportunity offering a diverse case mix, clinical autonomy, competitive compensation, and an excellent amount of time away from practice.
Practice Highlights All-CRNA anesthesia group
No medical direction
No first call
Independent practice environment
Diverse surgical case mix
Approximately 13 weeks off

Case Mix The position offers exposure to:
Obstetric Anesthesia
Trauma Anesthesia
Thoracic Anesthesia
Major Vascular Anesthesia
Outpatient Surgery
Regional Anesthesia
Orthopedic Anesthesia
Pediatric Anesthesia
Preoperative Screening
Acute Pain Services
CRNAs may perform:
Arterial line placement
Lumbar epidurals
Spinal anesthesia
Axillary brachial plexus blocks
Other regional anesthesia blocks
Requirements Active New Mexico CRNA License
NBCRNA Certification
Current ACLS Certification
Current PALS Certification
Experienced CRNA required
New graduates are not eligible
