Requirements
Kentucky license
Credentials accepted: CRNA
Required Procedures / Skills
General anesthesia cases including lap chole, excision lesions, hernia repairs, and port placements
EGD
Colonoscopy
Bronchoscopy
Assignment Details
General Surgery/Endoscopy
Facility type: Acute Care Hospital
2 surgery suites, 1 endoscopy suite
Support staff: 5 RNs, 1 General Surgeon, 1 ER Physician
Privileges available: Full Privileges, Temp Privileges
